Mark Taylor is a freelance food writer and restaurant critic based in the South West. Over the past 25 years, he has written about food and drink for The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Independent on Sunday, Financial Times, Olive magazine, Restaurant magazine and a number of regional daily newspapers and magazines including the Bristol Post, Western Daily Press, Metro and Cotswold Life. He was the founding editor of the artisan food magazine Fork and launch editor of award-winning South West food magazine Crumbs.
